Canadian by birth, moved to France in 1996, practicing Pilates since 1998. Certified Pilates instructor by BASI (Body Arts and Science International), Costa Mesa, California, USA. Completed Certificate in Pre and Post Natal Pilates from Carolyne Anthony/The Center for Women’s Fitness. Contact Andrea for information on the Paris Pilates studio and for a referral to a teacher. Tess Whelan,

Tess has been practising Pilates for over 25 years. She is a Second Generation Pilates instructor, certified by Romana Kryzanowska and is certified as a teacher trainer with Bob Liekens of Power Pilates New York. In addition to her Pilates training Tess is a registered nurse (BSN). Tess brings to her clients her extensive knowledge of Pilates and of the human body, as well as her 10 years’ experience as studio owner of Pilates Premier Inc. in Florida, USA.
Keiko Abe-Pottier,

Keiko discovered Pilates as a dancer. She obtains full program certificates from Studio A-Lyne and Pre-/Post-natal Pilates teacher from Carolyne Anthony/The Center for Women’s Fitness.She enjoys assisting clients to reach their individual goals. Her class focuses on body awareness to explore the harmonized state of body: relaxed, effort-free and serene, yet responsive, dynamic and functional. Keiko teaches in English, French, and Japanese.She holds a CQP ALS and is a member of FPMP.
Blandine Montagard,
PMA Certified Pilates Instructor
After a career as a dancer Blandine discovered Pilates. She trained with Alan Herdman in 2003, then with Peak Pilates and at The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado. She regularly follows anatomy courses with Blandine Calais Germain and Irene Dowd, and continues her Pilates training with Amy Alpers, Carolyne Anthony, Madeline Black, Cara Reeser, Debora Kolwey and Alan Herdman. Blandine is passionate about the method and its benefits to posture, breathing, endurance and maintaining body health.
Margot Balbinot,
Pilates Instructor
Passionate about sport, Margot has practiced a large number of activities since a very young age, in particular swimming and dancing. When she discovered Pilates she was immediately convinced by this gentle and effective method of body conditioning. Margot trained in Geneva at the Pilates Institut Suisse with Mikael King (disciple of Ron Fletcher), and at Studio Danse Pilates in Paris, training in the original method of Romana Kryzanowska. She has over 10 years teaching experience and a true passion for the Pilates method. Margot loves teaching and sharing her knowledge with her clients.
