Our classical Pilates studio in the 7th arrondissement offers personalised tuition on traditional Pilates equipment including Pilates floor mats as well as Springboards and smaller accessories. We offer private sessions and small group classes in an intimate, quiet setting, using proven techniques and a wide repertoire of exercises and variations to suit each client.
