Tess has been practising Pilates for over 25 years. She is a Second Generation Pilates instructor, certified by Romana Kryzanowska and is certified as a teacher trainer with Bob Liekens of Power Pilates New York. In addition to her Pilates training Tess is a registered nurse (BSN). Tess brings to her clients her extensive knowledge of Pilates and of the human body, as well as her 10 years’ experience as studio owner of Pilates Premier Inc. in Florida, USA.

Blandine Montagard,

After a career as a dancer Blandine discovered Pilates. She trained with Alan Herdman in 2003, then with Peak Pilates and at The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado. She regularly follows anatomy courses with Blandine Calais Germain and Irene Dowd, and continues her Pilates training with Amy Alpers, Carolyne Anthony, Madeline Black, Cara Reeser, Debora Kolwey and Alan Herdman. Blandine is passionate about the method and its benefits to posture, breathing, endurance and maintaining body health.
Hélène Nourry,

Originally from the city of Lille Hélène holds a state diploma in dance and had a successful career as a dancer and teacher. She is certified by PEAK Pilates as well as from the Master’s Program of the Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado. Hélène regularly works with recognized Pilates experts Cara Reeser, Madeline Black, and the Alpers sisters, among others. She is certified for Pre- and Post-Natal Pilates by Caroline Anthony / The Center for Women’s Fitness. She holds a CQP ALS. Hélène teaches in French and English.
Liesl Coffin,
PMA Certified Pilates Instructor
Originally from California, Liesl discovered Pilates through her career as a dancer. After experiencing the potential of Pilates to balance, correct and strengthen the body she certified as a Pilates instructor with the Polestar method, emphasizing the therapeutic applications of Pilates exercises. Liesl also practices Iyengar yoga and teaches the Gyrotonic™ method, focusing on the articulation and control of the spinal column. Liesl teaches in English and French.

Teaching Pilates since 2010, Emily has given herself the goal of helping each person feel more at ease in their own body. After a first career as an Internet Project Manager in Paris, she left to train for a year at the rigorous Pilates teaching training program at The Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado (USA). She continues to train with experts in the field and has specialized in pre- and post-natal Pilates. Emily teach in English, French and Spanish. She holds a CQP ALS ; member of the FPMP.

Briana is a professional dancer and has over 14 years experience teaching Pilates. Grounded in the classical Pilates method her teaching style calls upon her years of dance and love for all types of exercise to best address her clients’ needs and objectives. Briana is certified by the Balance Within Movement Studio in Seattle, WA. She places an emphasis on anatomy awareness and injury prevention.
